It has come to our attention that there is another company operating as "Rescue Skin Today". "Rescue Skin Today" is NOT in any way affiliated and/or related to Rescueskin Laboratories, LLC and RxESCUESKIN.

We are Rescueskin Laboratories and all of our charges will be tagged by our official company name and phone number, if you do not see "Rescueskin Laboratories or RxESCUESKIN" on your statement then it is not originating from our company.

You will need to contact your bank and file a dispute / fraud on your card as only your bank will be able to reverse or refund any unauthorized charges as well as contact the company in question to take appropriate action.

The only information that we were able to uncover by a google search was the following:

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in those matters unless it involves a customer that is in our system with a legitimate order placed on Rescueskin.com as currently this is the only location to purchase our products. After review and we identify that your inquiry is related to this issue, we will close your ticket with this automatic response as this is the only insight we are able to provide and assist with.

And this matter will need to be between you and your bank where the transaction occurred.
